We contacted Interactive Web Solutions as we wanted a Web site that was quick and easy to use, allowing the customers to enjoy designing their own products, uploading images and viewing their completed designs online before ordering. This process previously took a number of hours to complete with e-mailing design proofs and amendments for just a single order. The ease of the current Your Design site allows customers to complete designs online without interaction with the team, allowing us to print and dispatch orders more quickly and accurately, providing a high level of customer care.

Project overview
Your Design wanted to make their online design service as quick and easy to use as possible. This would enable them to speed up the process normally associated with personalising products.
They approached Interactive Web Solutions and asked us to design and develop a site that would meet these requirements and provide an engaging online experience for their customers.
After analysing the design process involved we developed a bespoke e-commerce site utilising PHP, FreeBSD, MySQL and ImageMagick.
