Raleigh is one of the world’s most iconic and best-known bike brands, with product design at the centre of their business. They approached iWeb with a brief to re-design and re-launch their website.

A Single, Streamlined User Experience

With the rise of electrically assisted cycling, it was important for the re-designed site to not only promote and drive sales of their own brand bikes and accessories but also showcase their extensive range of electric bikes.

In partnership with this, creating an efficient Raleigh customer experience was equally as crucial. Their site was dated, slow, as well as unresponsive to mobile devices and suffered from a disjointed customer experience, most notably during the checkout process.

Iconic Site Design and User Flow

The user experience was central to the design process. We wanted to ensure Raleigh had product and category pages that worked for all products and provided a consistent journey from mobile devices upwards.

Ending this customer journey with style and ease was equally as pivotal. We scrapped the previously clunky checkout process with one that was quick and easy, by streamlining it under a single domain and making it available on all devices.
