iWeb has built enterprise commerce platforms since 2002. The team is senior-weighted and stays on the same clients for years, so the architect who started a project in 2014 is often still on it in 2026. Roles here are permanent, full-time, and mostly UK-remote with regular time in Stafford, Bristol or London.

We hire slowly and weight the team towards architects and principals. The company is held in an Employee Ownership Trust, so the people doing the work share its long-term return. Average engineer tenure at iWeb is over ten years.
In practice that means projects you stay on for years, clients you get to know properly, and colleagues still around to answer for the decisions they made in 2018.
